Finally a Personal Health Record (PHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) all in one. We call it your centralRecord™, accessible by both yourself and your team of providers, yet still ultimately managed and controlled by you.
centralRecord™ has an extensive list of features including but not limited to:
Calendar of therapies, appointments and schedules 100% integrated with your providers calendars.
Central and secure team messaging and communication. No longer do you have to worry about using email to distribute sensitive information
All provider billing, timesheets, and payments accessible by you. This includes the ability to create your own invoices and insurance claim submissions.
All therapies and programs managed in one place. A true trans-disciplinary solution allowing therapy and progress to be centrally managed, monitored and tracked, with full visibility of what is taking place.
Video and Document sharing at both an EMR and PHR level** CentralReach allows you to not only upload, manage and share your PHR with whom you feel appropriate but it also gives you access to share and manage your EMR with whom you feel appropriate.
CentralReach has a growing network of providers (40,000 and counting). This gives you the ability to seek additional consultation, other relevant treatment options as well as learn about what other people are having success with. centralReach is an open involved community continually learning from one another and from best practices.
** The main difference between an electronic medical record (EMR) and a personal health record (PHR) is document tracking compliance. As a consumer you are allowed to share and block access to any and all information contained in your PHR. CentralReach gives you the tools to manage all access to your PHR. With an EMR, providers have to ensure HIPAA compliance with regards to EMR information sharing, storage, and accessibility. As a consumer CentralReach provides you the tools to manage and monitor who has access to not only your PHR but also your EMR (your patient record kept by the therapist/physician, etc.)
