Providers can build a set of curriculum or goal templates that they use within their therapies.

They can also use the community based curriculums that are available or they can choose to share their curriculums with certain providers or with the community at large.

Further enhancements to the curriculum database in future releases will allow providers to monetize their curriculums and be financially rewarded for the effort put forth in developing those curriculums. Within any system their needs to be a set of permissions and roles to allow for seamless and relevant knowledge transfer.

With centralReach a provider can setup read only, read and write, or administrative rights to accounts they have administrative privileges on, as well as specific tasks that they have the permission to share.

This permission can be as broad as the whole account access or as detailed as specific document or goal access. This granularity allows for detailed and only relevant information sharing. It gives those that need access the right information and restricts those that do not need access.

Email is not HIPAA compliant simply because it is not secure method of communication.

With our communication and messaging center providers and clients can communicate in a secure and private way with information that can also be stored as part of a client's medical record.

This is a great tool for ensuring that sensitive information gets to the right people and that there is also the ability to have a documented 'paper' trail. Providers and clients can now communicate securely on an individual or a group basis. With the ability to segment people into multiple groups communicating has never been easier or more secure.
