Allison Ballin joined the Butterfly Effects team as a Program Developer with a specialty in School Consultations in 2006. She has her Masters Degree in Special Education from Hunter College, is fluent in American Sign Language, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Allison has worked in the field of special education both in the classroom setting and home environment for over 15 years. Her area of expertise is in augmentative communication. When not developing revolutionary school curriculum, Allison enjoys spending time with her two children.
