Bio

As a therapist, I have come to realize that for many people the idea of trusting someone with their personal struggles and life issues can be very scary. By providing a safe, non-judgemental, therapeutic environment, I empower my clients with the tools and skills necessary to lead more fulfilling lives. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide counseling to individuals, children, and families for a wide variety of issues.

I have specialized knowledge, education and experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship problems, stress, grief, trauma, self-esteem, and family issues. I also have an extensive background working with children who are demonstrating behavioral/emotional problems due to a variety of causes, such as, ADHD, divorce, loss, or trauma.
