Jodi Noel joins Butterfly Effects with over 8 years experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis field. She has attributed to significant client and staff successes while providing services in a variety of clinical settings including home and community based. Ms. Noel specializes in the treatment of Austism and Asperger's disorders, Developmental Disabilities, reduction of aggressive behavior, increasing verbal behavior, and social and daily living skills teaching and tutors for the Read Well program. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hoftsra University in 2001, her Master's degree in School Psychlogy from Alliant International University in 2004 and is currently working towards her Master's level BCBA certification.

Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) department is made up of some of the fields leading experts. Our consults utilize the principles of ABA for building useful skills in individuals of all ages with a variety of learning, communication, and behavioral challenges. Skills are taught in both structured situations, such as 1-to-1 and classroom setting, as well as in more "natural" everyday situations, such as during meal time or at the grocery store.
