Jill Umstattd is the Director of Quality Assurance and our Early Intervention Services Manager. She came to Butterfly Effects in 2007 for the opportunity to create programs aimed at providing exceptional care to children and their families. Having previously worked as a behavior therapist, parent trainer, staff trainer, and as director of a small school for children with autism, Jill’s adequately prepared her for the roll was she taking on at the organization.
Jill has a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and currently holds certification as a Board Certified associate Behavior Analyst. She is also approved by the state of Florida as a CMS Infant Toddler Development Specialist.
