Bio

My priority is for you to feel valued, understood and hopeful, as we work together to improve the quality of your life. I offer support, motivation and guidance - using techniques that are best for your therapy needs and personality. My experience includes helping clients with depression, anxiety, fears, low self esteem, relationship and family issues, grief and loss, substance abuse, life transitions and career change. In addition to my work in mental health counseling, I have twenty years of experience in human resources - experience to help you with career and employment issues.

I work at a private practice in Delray Beach - located on Federal Highway just north of Atlantic Avenue.
