Michael Penman founded centralReach along with Andre Refay. Penman is responsible for the continuing growth and development of centralReach and the expansion of the core web platform. Penman is a successful entrepreneur with a career spanning 20 years.
Andre Refay founded centralReach along with Michael Penman. As chief technology officer, Refay overseas the development of all software for centralReach.com. Prior to founding centralReach, Refay was the co-founder of Phonedog Media Networks and developed the web technology and automation expertise. Phonedog Media, runs some of the largest cell phone review websites and it's technology is used by cNET, RadioShack, LowermyBills.com, and Thumbplay. Refay also serves as an angel investor in a number of local Florida area startups and sits on the board for Wurkin Stiffs Inc.
Mohamed Abushadi serves as the lead technical architect for centralReach.com and is responsible for the web infrastructure and integration into existing legacy frameworks. Prior to joining centralReach.com Abushadi was a lead developer with Prematics, a market leader in electronic medical systems and prescription automation software (electronic prescribing). Abushadi has a Master’s degree in computer science with a specialization in data mining.
Ahmed Mustafa serves as the lead technical architect responsible for the development and user experience of the centralReach platform on mobile devices, including smart phones and mobile computing devices. Prior to joining centralReach.com Mustafa was a lead developer with Prematics, focusing on integrating with PDA’s and handheld computing devices. Mustafa has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in communication and information studies from Cleveland State University.
Christopher Plante oversees the operational functions at centralReach focusing on customer integration and growth of provider networks. Previously Plante had worked in the financial services industry analyzing and researching small businesses and their investment potential. Plante has a Master’s of business administration specializing in the fields of technology management and finance from the State University of New York Institute of Technology.
Patricia Jenkins oversees clinical research and ensuring that integration with the web platform is aligned with the providers in the field. Prior to joining centralReach, Jenkins was the Area Chair for the Graduate College of Nursing for the University of Phoenix. Jenkins has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Emory University, a Master’s degree in business from Tulane University, and a Phd in nursing from the University of Tennessee, Memphis.
